Hi, I’m Andrea, the founder of PATH Wellness.
Like many women, I spent years navigating what advice I should follow versus what my body and real life could actually sustain. I tried the plans. I implemented the routines. I restarted more times than I can count.
What I discovered wasn't another protocol - it was the power of structure.
Now based in Dubai, I combine lived experience with professional training in health coaching, behaviour change and Mental Health First Aid to support women who feel overwhelmed by constant stop-start cycles.
